Awaken Your Heart
What does it mean to awaken the heart? Getting to know who we are is a slow unfolding, and yet our deepest longings guide us. Awakening the heart is a process of patient listening and calling out to our own wisdom, asking it to emerge. The hope is to cultivate self awareness and the ability to live and love well. Beyond that lie possibilities for discovering our deepest selves, our dreams, and divine love.
According to ancient teachings from the Hindu tradition, our true purpose as humans is to discover the divine within us, and nurture it so that it becomes the guiding force in our lives. Through practice, our spiritual nature reveals to us glimpses of limitless love, peace, and awareness. In the West, models of awakened spirituality are rare. Awaken Your Heart is like an ashram where extraordinary teachers, traditions, and practices for awakening the heart are honored and shared. All sincere and heart-felt paths are welcome.
