The spiritual path gives us a way to remember presence through practice, no matter how life unfolds. Through spiritual practice, the clouds of confusion and self destruction gradually clear and your own divine intelligence comes forward. This changes how we understand and respond to suffering.
Connecting your heart to your spiritual practice accelerates your transformation and expands LOVE in your life. Become an embodiment of love and love will work through you, filling you with aliveness and the inspiration to serve.
I can help you cultivate your path and support you through the challenges, fears and questions that arise. Coaching packages include “spiritual case management” to explore resources and referrals to help align your life with your spiritual intent (like therapy, bodywork, alternative medicine).
Together we can explore sources of wisdom and practices that illuminate your innate spiritual presence. Together we can find how your divine nature wants to be expressed!
If you are an experienced spiritual practitioner, sessions will be designed to help you deepen your practice, work through struggles, and address your specific needs and wishes.
Free 25-30 minute Discovery Calls provide a starting point for us to explore possibilities for working together.

90 MINUTES - In person or virtual - $325
Into a space of presence and sincerity, we will invite your heart to reveal its wishes and hopes, and channel these into a connection with the divine. Mystical stories and teachings will illuminate the way. You will step away with an infusion of love and guidance on connecting your heart to the divine through simple practice.

FOUR 90 MINUTE SESSIONS - In person or virtual - $1195
These four sessions install a loving framework of the divine into your life. Personalized based on your spiritual interests, these sessions provide a clear understanding of how to awaken your heart and establish practices for connection. Sessions will include investigating what needs to be clarified and supported in your life to help you live this path. The four sessions are meant to be used within four months.

ONE 90 MINUTE SESSION PER MONTH, FOR TWELVE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS - In person or virtual - $3,295
A year of support for awakening your heart, establishing connection and practice, and listening to your deepest wishes for coming alive. Sessions will include aligning your life with your spiritual goals, grounding you in sincerity and integrity. Receive spiritual tools like a tulsi mala and pictures for your altar. Let’s plant the seeds for realization and help you find the bliss and peace this path provides.

Scheduling
Here are the steps…
To begin, book a 25-30 minute Free Discovery Call via Zoom. We will meet and see what spiritual dreams are calling you!
Once you’ve had a Discovery Call you can book your first Spiritual Coaching Single Session or Package.
Your first Single Session can be rolled into a Four Session or Twelve Month Support Package.
Spiritual Coaching sessions are held in-person in my office in the Space Building in Fremont, Seattle or via Zoom.
