Spiritually-Inspired Therapy

Janaki Tremaglio (she/her), LICSW

For much of my week I am a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker for clients in Washington state!

I offer Spiritually-Inspired Therapy, a heart-centered and somatic approach to psychotherapy that cultivates inner aliveness and meaning.

Are you interested in connecting your heart, mind, body, and spirit in therapy? I take a holistic approach to therapy to help you:

  • Navigate stress and life transitions

  • Connect with your heart and inner wisdom

  • Tune into your body with somatic and mindfulness practices

  • Feel more alive and in touch with your personal sense of meaning

  • Develop trust in your journey

  • Pro-actively align your life with your values

  • Develop or deepen a spiritual practice

  • Build a greater sense of freedom

  • Ground and find your next step

With a background in psychodynamic therapy and Eastern spirituality, I meet you with a compassionate presence to explore what is important to you. Sessions can include mindfulness, somatic awareness, and energy work, opening the path to your essential self.

Depending on your situation, I can provide brief therapy, intensive therapy (2-3x weekly), or longer term.

I am committed to supporting QTBIPOC folx, immigrants & refugees, and other marginalized people, as well as evolving my social justice perspective.

If this resonates with you, you are welcome to schedule an Intro Consult through my therapy calendar. Sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I have a few sliding scale spots.

I am currently in-network with Premera, Kaiser, United/Optum, and First Choice. I can provide superbills for out of network reimbursement with other plans.

Psychotherapy sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday at my office in Fremont, Seattle or via telehealth.

My Social Work Training

My social work career began in 2005 working in programs for unhoused people and early intervention services for infants and toddlers in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

In 2016, I completed my Master of Social Work degree and a Graduate Certificate in Infant Mental Health at the University of Washington. My graduate internships were in (1) education policy advocacy for immigrants and refugees and (2) infant and early childhood mental health clinical practice.

I worked in community mental health as an infant & early childhood mental health therapist for two years postgraduate, and in 2018 I shifted into private practice to integrate my spiritual passion into my work.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for clients in the state of Washington, LW.60933756

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs.

Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
